Training records for law enforcement
A QR-based training attendance and digital roster platform for law enforcement agencies, built to help training teams capture rosters accurately, maintain officer training histories, track supporting documents, and support audit readiness.
Created from real police training coordination problems and built for agencies that need dependable attendance records, documentation, and review readiness.
The shift
BlueTrack360 was created for the ordinary problems that make training records hard to trust: rosters that arrive late, handwriting that needs interpretation, incomplete POST IDs, missing instructor documentation, and records spread across paper, spreadsheets, email, and shared folders.
Move away from paper rosters, late sign-in sheets, hard-to-read names, scattered documents, and repeated manual entry.
Connect attendance, officer profiles, instructor participation, supporting documents, corrections, and review activity.
Help coordinators spot missing or incomplete items before a POST review, records request, subpoena response, or internal question creates urgency.
What it is
BlueTrack360 combines fast classroom attendance capture with the administrative recordkeeping work that follows. The kiosk helps collect cleaner data at the source, while the platform helps training staff maintain the history, documents, review notes, and reporting context behind each record.
Generic QR check-in tools usually stop once someone signs in. Basic record systems often depend on staff entering information after the fact. BlueTrack360 is designed around the full law enforcement training workflow, where attendance, roles, documents, corrections, and compliance questions all need to connect.

Explore the platformWho it helps
The product is simple at the point of check-in, but the real purpose is to reduce the workload and uncertainty that falls on training coordinators, instructors, records staff, and agency leaders.
Keep rosters, histories, documents, instructor details, and review items in one place instead of rebuilding the record from multiple sources.
Use a simple classroom check-in process that supports both Student and Instructor attendance without making the front-end experience complicated.
Get a clearer picture of training activity, documentation status, and record readiness when decisions or formal requests require answers.
Why it exists
BlueTrack360 was started by Jay and Dannielle Coburn after seeing the daily challenges law enforcement training coordinators face firsthand. Dannielle's work as a Police Training Coordinator helped shape the product around real roster, records, documentation, and compliance pain points.
That origin matters. The product is not trying to force agencies into a generic event platform. It is being built around the way law enforcement training is scheduled, attended, documented, corrected, reviewed, and eventually explained.
